The Lunch...Judge?

Should you find yourself in Manhattan (or traveling here) this weekend, I highly recommend stopping by the Lonestar Chili Cook-off. Nothing says "summer" quite like enjoying an ice cold beer and noshing on bowl of hot chili as you admire the New York City skyline from a 20th floor rooftop (ahem, 230 Fifth).
